I’m an attentive service designer who loves to explore people’s needs and translate insights into meaningful solutions

(during one research I found myself in a kitchen asking the respondent what the dishwashing tablet made her feel like. It made me feel silly, but you will be surprised how passionate people can talk about their dishwasher)

I’m fascinated by people; how we differ, and what unites us. I believe that a better product, service, system, and world all start with understanding what drives people.

I get excited by unraveling complex problems and engaging others in the world I explored.

I love working in an environment where laughter and critical thinking go hand in hand.
